orl service-accounts create
Create a service account (needs `orl auth login`), part of the orl CLI for OpenRelay GPU VMs, pods, batches and billing.
orl service-accounts create --name <name> --role-id <role-id>Creates an organization-owned identity with a role, for API keys not tied to a person. It cannot hold the Owner role; an org may have at most 200. Requires a signed-in session. Its role must be within the creator's own access.
