List runner pools (with active/queued usage), part of the orl CLI for OpenRelay GPU VMs, pods, batches and billing.

orl runners pool list

Returns the organization's GitHub runner pools, newest first, with active and queued runner counts and the RAM they hold. Deleted pools are left out.

This wraps the listRunnerPools API operation.
