orl webhooks delete

Delete a webhook (asks for confirmation; --yes to skip), part of the orl CLI for OpenRelay GPU VMs, pods, batches and billing.

orl webhooks delete <id>

Deletes the webhook and returns 204. It gets no further deliveries, and any retries still pending for it are dropped instead of sent.
