Get provider earnings and payout history, part of the orl CLI for OpenRelay GPU VMs, pods, batches and billing.

orl provider earnings get

Returns the provider's earnings totals, the amount available for payout, breakdowns by node, GPU model and day, a count of active rentals, and recent payouts.

This wraps the getProviderEarnings API operation.
