orl transfers outgoing list

Outgoing transfers, all statuses (enriched), part of the orl CLI for OpenRelay GPU VMs, pods, batches and billing.

orl transfers outgoing list

The transfers the org has sent, in every status, newest first and at most 50, each with the VM's name and the receiving org's name and slug.

This wraps the listOutgoingTransfers API operation.
