orl provider apply
Submit a provider application, part of the orl CLI for OpenRelay GPU VMs, pods, batches and billing. Usage, every flag and an example.
orl provider apply --note <note>Submits the organization's application to become a provider, with a required note. Answers 400 if it is already a provider or has an application pending.
