List an org's webhooks (no secrets), part of the orl CLI for OpenRelay GPU VMs, pods, batches and billing. Usage, every flag and an example.

orl webhooks list

Returns every webhook in the org with its URL, subscribed events, enabled flag and secret prefix. The full signing secret is shown only on create or regenerate.

This wraps the listOrgWebhooks API operation.
