orl transfers create
Start a resource transfer (owner/admin) (needs `orl auth login`), part of the orl CLI for OpenRelay GPU VMs, pods, batches and billing.
orl transfers create --resource-id <resource-id> --resource-type <resource-type> --target-org-slug <target-org-slug>Offers one of the org's VMs to another organization, named by targetOrgSlug, and returns the pending transfer, which can be accepted for 7 days. A VM can have one unexpired pending transfer at a time; a second returns 409, as does a managed Kubernetes worker VM or an inference serving replica. Naming the caller's own org returns 400.
