OpenRelay is in early access, and the /v1 API is stable. New capabilities ship in the changelog.
CLICommands

orl kube kubeconfig

Write a kubeconfig that authenticates with orl kube token, part of the orl CLI for OpenRelay GPU VMs, pods, batches and billing.

orl kube kubeconfig [flags]

Write a kubeconfig for the cluster. It holds no credential: its user runs orl kube token, so kubectl gets a new cluster token whenever the last one expires. orl must be on the PATH where kubectl runs.

The kubeconfig authenticates with the key orl auth login stored for this organization, whatever key the shell running kubectl exports. When your key comes from OPENRELAY_API_KEY instead, the kubeconfig reads that variable where kubectl runs. A key given with --api-key is refused, since no later kubectl run could read it.

The kubeconfig is printed to stdout unless --output names a file. An existing file is replaced only with --force.

Flags

FlagTypeRequired
--clusterstringyescluster id (orl kube cluster list prints them)
--forceboolnoreplace the --output file when it exists (a symlink's target is replaced)
--outputstringnowrite the kubeconfig to this file (mode 0600) instead of stdout
--roleview, cluster-adminnocredential role: view or cluster-admin

This wraps the getKubernetesKubeconfig API operation.
