orl billing spend-limit-request create
Request a higher approved monthly spend limit (needs `orl auth login`), part of the orl CLI for OpenRelay GPU VMs, pods, batches and billing.
orl billing spend-limit-request create --requested-cents <requested-cents>Asks an operator to raise the org's approved monthly spend limit, which caps each deposit and each auto-recharge; the request is reviewed by hand. The requested amount must exceed the $500 default (a request at or below it is a no-op, since the default already covers it) and stay within the $100,000 absolute ceiling; an operator approves or rejects it.
