List the org's spend-limit requests
Lists the org's own requests to raise its approved monthly spend limit, newest first, with each request's amount, reason and review status.
Required permission
Requires the billing.read permission. See Permissions for the roles and API key permissions that include it.

Makes a saved card the org's default for off-session charges (deposits and auto-recharge). Another org's card, or one not yet settled as saved, returns 404.
Request a higher approved monthly spend limit POST
Asks an operator to raise the org's approved monthly spend limit, which caps each deposit and each auto-recharge; the request is reviewed by hand. The requested amount must exceed the $500 default (a request at or below it is a no-op, since the default already covers it) and stay within the $100,000 absolute ceiling; an operator approves or rejects it.
